How to Change the Time Display Format in a PhotoBiz Form

The PhotoBiz Form Builder allows you to create custom online forms for clients and website visitors. One available field type is the Time field, which lets you collect a specific time such as an event start time or end time. This guide walks you through how to change the time display format for a Time field on your form. By the end, your form will display time options in the format you prefer.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS from the left-side menu. This opens the Forms dashboard where all of your forms are listed.

STEP TWO

Click the name of the form you want to edit. The Form Builder will open and display all fields currently added to that form.

Good to know: If you have multiple pages or categories of forms, you can use the search bar to find the name of an existing form you want to edit. 

STEP THREE

Locate the Time field you want to update. Click the pencil icon on that field, or add a new Time field to the form. In the field settings panel that opens, click ADVANCED to access display options.

STEP FOUR

Use the Time Display Format drop-down menu to select your preferred time format. Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the update. The Time field on your form will now display times using the selected format when viewed by clients.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

The Time field supports the following display formats:

  • 12 Hour (example: 2:30 PM)

  • 24 Hour (example: 14:30)

Changing the display format only affects how the time appears on the form. It does not change how previously submitted entries are stored.
