PhotoBiz Mailbox is the branded email service included with your PhotoBiz account. To send and receive email successfully, your domain must have the correct DNS records in place. This article provides the required MX, CNAME, and TXT records for PhotoBiz Mailbox, along with the email server settings needed to connect your mailbox to common email clients.
By the end of this guide, you will know exactly which DNS records to add and how to configure your email client for PhotoBiz Mailbox.
If you are using PhotoBiz Mailbox and need DKIM enabled, please contact the PhotoBiz Support Team.
DKIM is enabled manually by our team
If your DNS is hosted with a third-party provider, we will generate and send you the required TXT records
You will need to add those records to your DNS host once provided
Do not attempt to create DKIM records yourself unless instructed by Support.
Log into your domain’s DNS hosting provider and locate the DNS zone for your domain. Add the following records exactly as shown.

You can set up Mailbox accounts on several email clients.
The following are the email server configuration settings that apply to the mailbox service:

* To use a secure connection (SSL), please be sure to select “SSL” on your device when setting up the account.
IMAP is recommended for most users because it keeps email synchronized across devices
SSL connections provide better security and should be used whenever possible
