After purchasing the service, you’ll receive one unified questionnaire that covers everything we need to:

• Learn about your brand and style

• Understand your website goals

• Identify your audience and specialties

• Gather the details needed for SEO

• Determine your preferred template

Once you submit the questionnaire, our team begins work.

Goal: Please complete the questionnaire within 3 business days.

Important Notes:

• Submitting your questionnaire officially starts the service. Once started, the service becomes non-refundable.

• This service includes building up to 10 pages, not including Store, Forms, or Blog pages.

• After you submit your questionnaire, you may schedule a consultation with your Pro Services Account Manager to discuss next steps and ask any questions about your service.

After we receive your questionnaire, your Pro Services Account Manager will create clipboard folders inside your account for you to upload:

• Images

• Logo and branding files (optional)

• Any specific text you want included (optional — because we write the copy)

Since copywriting is included, you do not need to provide any written content unless you prefer to.

You may also use Dropbox if that’s easier for you.

Goal: Please upload your content within 5 business days of completing your questionnaire.

Notes:

• We cannot begin building your website until all required images are received.

• If you need stock images, we can use photos from Unsplash, or you may provide your own licensed images.

Once all required content is received, our team will:

• Personalize your chosen template

• Load your images

• Apply your branding

• Write the content for your pages

• Build up to 10 pages

• Implement your initial SEO structure

We will then send you a link to preview your initial website.

Goal: Delivered within 5 business days of receiving all content.

Note: Your website is built on the PhotoBiz template platform. Custom coding is not included.

Submit your edits using the Jumpstart Feedback Form or by emailing your Account Manager. Screenshots with markups are welcome.

Goal: Please provide your feedback within 3 business days.

Important Information:

• You receive one (1) round of revisions.

• You may change your template during this revision stage if you choose.

We will apply your edits and send your updated website for review.

Goal: Delivered within 3 business days of receiving your revision list.

Because the SEO questions were part of your main questionnaire, we now finalize your SEO based on the details you provided.

Our team will:

• Finalize your metadata

• Conduct a front-end engagement review

• Identify areas for improvement

• Set up Google Analytics

• Submit your website to Google Search Console

• Submit your sitemap

Goal: Completed within 5 business days of your revision approval.

Our Support Team will assist with domain setup and help you take your new photography website LIVE.

After launch, you can contact our Passionate Support® team any time Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET if you need help making updates.
