After purchasing your Custom Website Design service, you’ll receive a questionnaire to help our team learn about your brand, goals, style, and ideal clients. Your project officially begins once you submit this questionnaire.

• Submitting your questionnaire starts the service; once started, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.

• This service includes the design and setup of up to 10 website pages (not including Store, Forms, or Blog pages).

After your questionnaire is submitted, you'll receive a link (on-screen and by email) to schedule a consultation with your Pro Services Account Manager. This optional call is a chance to talk through your goals before design begins.

Goal: Meet within 5 business days of completing your questionnaire.

During this 30-minute call, your Account Manager will review your goals, clarify your vision, and walk through next steps.

Goal: 30-minute conversation.

Your Account Manager will create a Dropbox File Request or shared folder where you can upload your website content. You're also welcome to share your own Dropbox link.

Please provide:

• Images, organized into folders by page

• Logo files

• Any text you would like included (optional — our team can write copy for you)

Copywriting Included:
If you prefer, our design team can write or refine the copy for your website based on your questionnaire, branding, and goals. You’re welcome to provide rough notes or let us craft polished, SEO-friendly content for you.

Goal: Submit all content within 10 business days of your consultation.

Once we have all your content, our designers will create an initial design featuring your Home Page + 2 additional pages. You’ll receive a link to review your mockup, ensuring the look and feel match your vision before the full site is built.

Goal: Delivered within 7 business days of receiving your content.

Note: Your site will be custom-designed within the PhotoBiz template platform. Our team adds a unique, personalized look while working within the framework of the system.

Reply by email with a detailed list of your edits. Screenshots with notes are always helpful!

Goal: Provide feedback within 5 business days.

Our designers will apply your revisions and send your updated site for review. Depending on your feedback, all remaining pages may be designed in the second round, or your home page may be refined before additional pages are completed.

Goal: Each revision delivered within 7 business days.

We’ll apply your final round of edits, ensure your site is mobile-friendly, and send the final version to review.

Goal: Delivered within 7 business days.

Once approved, our team will assist with any domain updates and officially launch your new custom website!
