After purchasing your Custom Website Design service, you’ll receive a questionnaire that helps our team understand:

After submitting your questionnaire, you’ll receive both an on-screen link and an emailed link to schedule an optional consultation with your Pro Services Account Manager.

Your Pro Services Account Manager will create clipboard folders inside your account (based on the pages listed in your questionnaire) for you to upload your content. If you prefer, you may provide your content via Dropbox, WeTransfer, or another file-sharing tool.

If you prefer, our team can write or refine the text for your website based on your questionnaire, branding, and goals. You can supply rough notes or let us create polished, SEO-friendly content for you.

Once we have all of your content, our designers will create the first draft of your site’s look and feel — usually your Home Page + 2 additional pages.

Our designers will apply your edits and update your site. Depending on your feedback and goals, all remaining pages may be designed in the second round, or we may refine your home page further before completing the rest of the build.
Goal: Each revision delivered within 7 business days.
After all revisions are complete, our team will:
Apply your final edits

Prepare your entire site for launch
