Complete Your Questionnaire

When you purchase the Social Media Marketing service, you’ll receive a questionnaire that helps our team learn about your business and goals.

We’ll ask about:

  • Topics you’d like us to focus on

  • Your preferred tone of voice

  • Which images or galleries we may use

Once submitted, the questionnaire officially begins your service.

Goal: Return the questionnaire within 10 business days.

Provide Access to Your Content

You’ll let us know which images we are allowed to use—either from your PhotoBiz website galleries or your Client Galleries.

This ensures our posts reflect your brand accurately.

Goal: Complete content access within 5 business days of submitting the questionnaire.

Your Marketing Team Gets to Work

Once we have your brand details and your content, our Pro Services team begins preparing your social media strategy.
We:

  • Develop a 6-month content plan

  • Create tailored post graphics

  • Write captions in your brand voice

  • Schedule your posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile

Goal: Initial plan prepared within 7 business days.

When your first month of content is ready, we’ll notify you to review it before publishing.

Review Your Scheduled Content

You’ll receive an email when your content is ready for approval. If you’d like edits, simply reply with a written list, and feel free to include screenshots or markup notes.

Goal: Provide feedback within 5 business days.

Ongoing Posting & Monthly Management
