PhotoBiz gives you control over how dates appear on your blog posts, including the ability to change the date format or hide dates from displaying entirely. This is useful if you want a consistent date style across your blog or prefer a clean, timeless look without visible dates. In this guide, you’ll learn where to manage blog date display settings and how those settings affect your posts. The actual publish date of each post is managed separately within the individual blog post editor.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click BLOG in the left-side menu. This opens the Blog Manager where you manage your posts and blog-wide settings.
At the top center of the Blog control panel, click SETTINGS. This opens the settings that control how your blog displays on your website.
In the General Settings section, locate the Date Display Format dropdown menu. Here, you can choose how dates are formatted or select the option to turn dates off so they do not display on your blog posts. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen to apply your selection. The update takes effect immediately and applies to all blog posts on your site.
This setting controls how dates display, not the actual date assigned to a post.
Blog post dates are set using the Publish tool inside each individual blog post.
Hiding dates is ideal for evergreen content that should not appear time-sensitive.
Date display settings apply globally and cannot be customized per post.
