How to Set Up Global Branding in PhotoBiz

Overview

The PhotoBiz Branding tool helps you keep your business identity consistent across your PhotoBiz account. From one place, you can upload your logo, favicon, accent color, Business Profile, and Business Information.

Your Global Branding settings can be used across your Website, Client Galleries, Forms & Contracts, Email Marketing, orders, invoices, receipts, and other client communications. Your Business Profile also helps Ask PhotoBiz AI create more personalized content for your website, blog posts, SEO, and other areas of your account.

This guide walks you through how to set up your Global Branding in PhotoBiz.

Business Profile vs. Business Information

The Branding tool includes two important sections: Business Profile and Business Information.

Your Business Profile helps Ask PhotoBiz AI understand your business, services, location, style, and brand voice. This information is used to help create more personalized content in AI-assisted tools such as the PhotoBiz AI Website Page Creator, PhotoBiz AI Blog Post Creator, PhotoBiz AI Email Campaign Creator, SEO suggestions, and other content creation areas.

Your Business Information appears in client-facing areas of your account. This may include the footer of forms, orders, invoices, receipts, email marketing campaigns, and other client communications.

Where Global Branding Appears

Your Global Branding settings may be used across several PhotoBiz tools, including:

  • Website
  • Client Galleries
  • Forms & Contracts
  • Email Marketing campaigns
  • Orders and receipts
  • Quotes and invoices
  • Client communications
  • Studio Management tools

Some areas of PhotoBiz may use an AUTO branding setting. When AUTO is selected, that tool can pull from your Global Branding settings instead of requiring you to enter branding details separately.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click BRANDING from the left-side menu.

This will open the Business Branding section of your control panel. Your branding will appear across your PhotoBiz tools, client communications, and emails.

If you are new to PhotoBiz, you may also see an option to click Set Up Your Branding from the Website Checklist on your dashboard.

STEP TWO

Upload your logo and favicon.

In the Logo Upload section, upload a PNG or JPG file of your logo. Your logo will automatically be resized and displayed consistently across your site and account where Global Branding is used.

In the Favicon Upload section, upload your favicon as an .ico file. A favicon is the small icon that appears in browser tabs and bookmarks.

After your logo and favicon are uploaded, you will see a preview in the Branding section.

STEP THREE

Choose your Accent Color.

Your Accent Color controls the background color of buttons in applicable system pages and emails. This helps your branded pages and client communications feel more consistent with your business.

Button text is white, so choose a darker Accent Color for better readability and contrast.

STEP FOUR

Set up your Business Profile.

The details you enter in the Business Profile section help Ask PhotoBiz AI create personalized content for your website, blog, SEO, and other areas in the system.

Enter your business details in the available fields. These may include:

  • Your Business Name
  • Location
  • Specialty / Services
  • Your Style / Approach
  • Brand Voice

For Your Business Name, enter the name you want to appear on your website, such as Jenn Smith Photography.

For Location, enter the city and state where you are based or where you serve clients, such as Boston, Massachusetts.

For Specialty / Services, describe the type of work you offer, such as wedding photography, family portraits, videography, or newborn photography.

For Your Style / Approach, describe what makes your work or personality unique. For example, you might enter, “I love capturing candid moments and making people laugh.”

For Brand Voice, choose the tone that best fits your business. Options may include Polished and Professional, Friendly and Casual, Fun and Playful, Artistic and Expressive, or Calm and Elegant.

STEP FIVE

Enter your Business Information.

The details you enter in the Business Information section may appear in the footer of your orders, invoices, forms, receipts, email marketing campaigns, and client communications.

Enter your current business details in the available fields. These may include:

  • Business Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Website

Make sure this information is accurate and up to date before saving. Clients may see these details when they receive forms, receipts, invoices, campaigns, or other communications from your business.

FINAL STEP

Click Save when you are finished.

Your Global Branding settings will now be saved and available across PhotoBiz tools that use Global Branding or the AUTO branding setting. You can return to the Branding tool at any time to update your logo, favicon, Accent Color, Business Profile, or Business Information.

Additional Options and Helpful Notes

Use a clear, high-quality logo file for the best display across your PhotoBiz account.

If your logo has a transparent background, upload it as a PNG file.

Favicons must be uploaded as .ico files. If your favicon is saved as another file type, you may need to convert it before uploading.

Your Business Profile is especially helpful when using Ask PhotoBiz AI. The more accurate and specific your profile is, the more personalized your AI-assisted content can be.

Your Business Information should match the contact details you want clients to see on forms, receipts, invoices, email marketing campaigns, and other client-facing communications.
