Overview
Uploading your logo to PhotoBiz helps keep your branding consistent across your website, Client Galleries, and Studio Management tools. If you have not uploaded a logo, PhotoBiz will display your business name as text in places where your logo would normally appear.
This guide walks you through how to upload your logo in the Branding section of your PhotoBiz account. Once saved, your logo will automatically replace the text-based business name wherever your account branding is displayed.
For the best display, your logo file should be cropped closely around the logo design. Extra blank space or padding around the logo can make it appear smaller than expected after it is uploaded.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click BRANDING in the left-side menu.
This opens your Branding settings, where you can manage your logo and other business identity details.
Click Add Files and select your logo file from your computer.
PhotoBiz supports JPG and PNG logo files. For the best appearance, we recommend using a PNG file with a transparent background.
After selecting your logo file, click Upload to add it to your account.
Review the logo preview in the Branding section.
Once the upload is complete, you will see a thumbnail preview of your logo. This allows you to confirm that the correct file was uploaded before saving your changes.
Click Save Changes to apply your logo across your account.
Your uploaded logo will now appear anywhere your business branding is displayed. It will replace the text-based business name that appeared before your logo was uploaded.
For the best visual results, keep these logo tips in mind:
How can I make my logo bigger?
If your logo appears too small after uploading it, the most common cause is extra blank space or padding around the actual logo design.
Open your logo file in an image editing tool and crop the canvas closely around the logo. Then upload the newly cropped version to PhotoBiz and click Save Changes.
This usually makes the logo appear larger because the visible logo fills more of the image area.
Why does my business name still appear instead of my logo?
Make sure you clicked Save Changes after uploading your logo. If your logo was uploaded but not saved, your text-based business name may still display.
What file type should I use for my logo?
A PNG file with a transparent background is recommended because it usually looks cleaner on different website backgrounds. JPG files are also supported, but they may include a solid background behind the logo.
Why does my logo look small?
Your logo file may include extra empty space or padding around the design. Crop the image tightly around the logo and upload the updated file.
Where will my logo appear?
Your logo may appear in areas where your PhotoBiz account branding is used, including your website, Client Galleries, and Studio Management tools.
