How to Turn a Quote into an Invoice in PhotoBiz

PhotoBiz makes it simple to send quotes to potential clients—and once a quote is approved, you can quickly convert it into an invoice they can pay online. Just follow these easy steps:

STEP ONE

Log into Your Account

From the left-hand menu, click on Quotes & Invoices.

STEP TWO

Select the Approved Quote

Find the quote your client has approved.

Click on the Quote Number to open it.

STEP THREE

Update the Status

In the top-right corner of the quote page, click the Status button.

FINAL STEP

Create the Invoice

Review your quote settings and make any needed changes before creating the invoice. Here’s what you can customize:
- Payment Due Date – Set the date the invoice is due.
- Allow Partial Payments – Choose Yes or No.
- Send Invoice Email? – Check this box if you want the system to email the invoice to your client automatically.
Once everything looks good, click Create Invoice.

🎉 Success!

After clicking Create Invoice, you’ll see a confirmation message letting you know the invoice has been sent.
