Overview
The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder can send an email notification whenever someone submits a form or contract. You can choose which email address receives notifications for each form.
This guide explains how to update the notification email settings for an individual form or contract. You can send notifications to one email address, multiple email addresses, or the main login email address for your PhotoBiz account.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-side menu.
This opens the Forms Dashboard, where you can manage your forms, contracts, and submissions.
Click FORMS at the top of the Forms Dashboard.
This displays the forms and contracts currently saved in your account.
Click the name of the form or contract you want to update.
The selected form will open in the Form & Contract Builder.
Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the builder, and then click SETTINGS in the dropdown menu.
This opens the settings for the selected form or contract.
Locate the Notification Emails field and enter the email address where you want to receive submission notifications.
To send notifications to one email address, enter that address in the field.
To send notifications to multiple email addresses, separate each address with a comma. For example:
hello@example.com, team@example.com
Leave the Notification Emails field blank to send submission notifications to the main email address used to log into the PhotoBiz account.
Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page when you are finished. Future submissions for this form or contract will be sent to the selected email address or addresses.
I left the Notification Emails field blank. Where will notifications be sent?
Notifications will be sent to the main email address used to log into the PhotoBiz account.
Can I send notifications to more than one person?
Yes. Enter each email address in the Notification Emails field and separate them with commas.
Why am I not receiving form submission notifications?
Confirm that the email address is entered correctly and that you clicked SAVE CHANGES. You should also check your spam or junk folder.
