How to Block a Sender from Your PhotoBiz Forms

The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder (included with all PhotoBiz Websites) has built-in tools to help protect you from spam. If a spam message sneaks through your form, don’t worry — you can quickly block the sender to stop future submissions.

Follow these easy steps to block a sender:

STEP ONE

Log into Your PhotoBiz Account

Go to your PhotoBiz Control Panel.

Click the Notifications icon located at the top right of your screen.

STEP TWO

Open the Sender’s Details

The Notification Center will open on the right side of your screen.

Find the message you want to block.

Click on the Name or Email Address in the "From/Date" column to open the sender’s details.

STEP THREE

Block the Sender

In the sender details window, click the BLOCK SENDER button.

FINAL STEP

Choose How You Want to Block the Sender

After clicking the Block Sender button, you will have three options:
- Email Address (Recommended): Blocks the specific email address from submitting forms in the future.
- Domain (Use with caution): Blocks all email addresses from the same domain (example: blocking gmail.com would block everyone with a Gmail address).
- IP Address: Blocks the sender’s specific internet connection (IP address).
After making your selection, click "Yes, Block Sender" to confirm.

Manage Your Spam Settings Anytime

You can view and edit your blocked senders anytime under Policy Settings in your PhotoBiz Control Panel.
