Overview
You can reset your PhotoBiz Mailbox password at any time from inside your PhotoBiz account. This is helpful if you forgot your password, want to update it for security, or need a new password for an email application connected to your mailbox.
This guide walks you through selecting your mailbox, creating a new password, and saving the change. It also explains how to avoid common login problems the first time you sign in with your new password.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MAILBOX in the left-side menu.
This opens the Mailbox dashboard, where you can view and manage the active email addresses connected to your PhotoBiz account.
Click the email address whose password you want to reset.
This opens the settings for that specific PhotoBiz Mailbox, including the password fields.
Enter your new password in the PASSWORD field, and then enter the same password again in the RETYPE PASSWORD field.
Make sure your password meets the requirements shown on the page. When you are finished, click save changes.
Your mailbox password is now updated. The next time you sign in to your mailbox, manually type your full email address and new password instead of relying on your browser to autofill the login fields.
You can sign in through PhotoBiz Mailbox Webmail.
Your new PhotoBiz Mailbox password must:
The password entered in the PASSWORD and RETYPE PASSWORD fields must also match.
If your password does not meet these requirements, you will need to correct it before the change can be saved.
After resetting your password, manually type your full email address and new password when signing in to PhotoBiz Mailbox.
Do not enter only the portion of your email address before the @ symbol. For example, if your mailbox is name@yourdomain.com, enter the complete email address.
Before trying to sign in, also check that:
Your browser may have an older email address or password saved. Manually entering your login information after a password change helps prevent your browser from submitting outdated credentials.
If you see the message “Contact Your Email Administrator,” the email address entered on the mailbox login screen does not match the mailbox you are trying to access.
This usually means the email address was entered incorrectly. Re-enter your full email address, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after it, and try signing in again.
