How to Edit an Existing Contact in PhotoBiz
Your PhotoBiz Website Package includes a built-in Contacts feature, which keeps all your client information organized. If you ever need to update a contact’s details—like changing an email address or adding notes—this guide will show you how.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Find the contact you’d like to update and click on their name to open their profile.
STEP THREE
Click the EDIT button in the top right of the contact details page.
FINAL STEP
Update any of the contact's information as needed. You can edit the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address (required)
- Phone
- Work Phone
- Type (Lead, Customer, Vendor)
- Company Name
- Birthday
- Facebook Profile
- Tags
- Billing Address (including city, state, country, and ZIP)
- Shipping Address (if different from billing)
- Notes (for any additional details you want to keep)
When you're finished, click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom to update the contact.
