How to Check the Status of Your Email Invitations in PhotoBiz
With PhotoBiz, you can easily track the status of email invitations you send for client galleries, forms, and blog posts. You’ll be able to see who received your emails, whether any bounced, and who has opened them—right from your account.
Important: If a recipient has previously unsubscribed from your emails, they will not receive your email invitation.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Use the Search box in the top right corner to find your client by name or email address.
STEP THREE
Click on the email address of your contact in the search results to open their profile.
STEP FOUR
In the contact details panel, click on EMAIL INVITATIONS.
FINAL STEP
Here, you'll see a full list of email invitations sent to that contact. You can:
- Sort by Type and Year
- View the date the email was sent
- Check the current status (Sent, Delivered, Opened)
This makes it easy to confirm whether your client received and interacted with the email.
