Sharing your Forms & Contracts from your PhotoBiz account is very easy to do. You can display your forms on any page of your website and simply send the link to your clients via email, text, etc.
For some of your forms and contracts, you may not want them to be shown on your website. This guide will walk you through the steps of sharing your forms directly to your clients from your PhotoBiz account control panel.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the FORM NAME you wish to share to your client.
STEP THREE
Click on the SHARE button at the upper right side of the FORM EDITOR.
STEP FOUR
Click on the EMAIL button to share the form out via email to your clients.
PRO TIP: You can also copy the direct link to your form on this step if you want to send it out via your webmail, text message, etc.
FINAL STEP
Enter your client's email address into the TO field and add a SUBJECT and MESSAGE that will display with the email they receive. Click on the SEND button to share your form via email.
