How to Set Up Your PhotoBiz Mailbox in the Windows 10 Mail App
If you're using a PC with Microsoft Windows 10, the default email software is the Mail app. You can easily set up your PhotoBiz Mailbox email in this app once you've purchased and set up your branded email address.

STEP ONE
Open the Mail app on your Windows 10 computer.
If you’re not sure where it is, click the Start Menu and type Mail into the search bar to find it.
STEP TWO
Click on Other Account when prompted to choose an account type.
This will begin the process of setting up your PhotoBiz Mailbox in the Windows Mail app.
STEP THREE
Enter the following information:

Email address: Your full PhotoBiz Mailbox email address

Name: The name you want your emails to be sent from

Password: The password you created for your Mailbox
Click Sign In to continue.
🛠️ Note: In our tutorial, we used test credentials. Be sure to enter your actual email address and password.
If your email and password were entered correctly, your PC should automatically configure your Mailbox settings. You’ll see a confirmation message letting you know setup was successful.
