How to Set Up Your PhotoBiz Mailbox in Microsoft Outlook (Windows)

âś… Before You Begin
Make sure:
- You’ve installed the latest Windows and Outlook updates.
- You have your full PhotoBiz Mailbox email address and password handy.
STEP ONE
Open Outlook & Start Setup

Launch Outlook on your computer.

If this is your first time opening Outlook, it’ll prompt you to Add an Account. If not, go to File > Add Account.

Enter your full PhotoBiz Mailbox email address, then click Connect.
STEP TWO
Enter Mailbox Password & Server Settings

Enter your PhotoBiz Mailbox password.

Click Advanced options or Show More to enter the custom server settings.
Make sure these settings are correct:

Account type: IMAP

Incoming mail server:
secure.emailsrvr.com

Port:
993

Encryption:
SSL/TLS

Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
secure.emailsrvr.com

Port:
465

Encryption:
SSL/TLS

Click Next or Connect when you're done.
FINISH SETUP
Outlook will begin syncing your email with Microsoft’s cloud.
You may see a privacy notice from Microsoft—review it and click Apply Settings.
Outlook will complete setup by applying your Windows and profile preferences.
