How to Add Additional Form Submissions in PhotoBiz

Overview

Every PhotoBiz Website Package includes 500 form submissions per month for the PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder. Your monthly submission limit resets automatically on the 1st day of each month. If you expect to receive more than 500 submissions, you can purchase upgrades to increase your monthly limit. This guide explains how to view the available options, review pricing, and add more submissions to your account.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-side menu.

This opens your Forms Dashboard, where you can manage your forms, contracts, and submissions.

STEP TWO

At the top of your Forms Dashboard, click UPGRADE.

This opens the Premium Upgrades section, where you can view the available form submission upgrades.

STEP THREE

Select the submission upgrade you want to add to your account.

The ADDITIONAL SUBMISSIONS - 1,000 PER MONTH upgrade costs $7 per month and increases your monthly limit from 500 to 1,500 submissions.

The ADDITIONAL SUBMISSIONS - 5,000 PER MONTH upgrade costs $21 per month and increases your monthly limit from 500 to 5,500 submissions.

You can purchase multiple upgrades if you need a higher monthly limit. Each upgrade adds to the 500 submissions included with your Website Package.

FINAL STEP

Review your selected upgrades and the total displayed at checkout, then complete your purchase.

Your charge is prorated based on your account’s monthly or annual billing schedule. Review the checkout total before completing the purchase.

Once your purchase is complete, the additional submission capacity is added to your account, increasing the number of form submissions you can receive each month.

Helpful Notes

Your submission limit resets automatically on the 1st day of each month. These upgrades increase your monthly capacity, so choose the amount that fits your expected submission volume.
