How to Create an Additional Mailbox with PhotoBiz

If you need a new mailbox—whether you're adding a team member, switching to a different email address, or simply rebranding—PhotoBiz makes it easy to purchase and set up additional mailboxes tied to your domain.

⚠️ Please Note:

Once a mailbox is created, the email address cannot be changed. If you need a different address, you'll need to purchase a new mailbox.

STEP ONE

STEP TWO

Click the Add Mailbox button.

STEP THREE

Click Buy Now to complete your purchase.
You can use your saved payment method or enter a new one.

📌 Important:
Mailbox purchases are non-refundable once registered.

STEP FOUR

Once purchased, return to the Mailbox area in your control panel and click Set Up New Mailbox.

FINAL STEP

Fill in the setup fields:

Name – Your name or business name
Email Address – Just the part before @yourdomain.com
Password – Create a secure password

Click Submit to complete your mailbox setup.

✅ Quick Tips:

You can create multiple mailboxes (like info@, support@, or yourname@) as needed—each one requires its own purchase and setup.
Be sure to double-check your spelling before submitting. Email addresses cannot be edited once created.
