If you need a new mailbox—whether you're adding a team member, switching to a different email address, or simply rebranding—PhotoBiz makes it easy to purchase and set up additional mailboxes tied to your domain.
Once a mailbox is created, the email address cannot be changed. If you need a different address, you'll need to purchase a new mailbox.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on Mailbox in the left-hand menu.
Click the Add Mailbox button.
Click Buy Now to complete your purchase.
You can use your saved payment method or enter a new one.
📌 Important:
Mailbox purchases are non-refundable once registered.
Once purchased, return to the Mailbox area in your control panel and click Set Up New Mailbox.
Fill in the setup fields:
Click Submit to complete your mailbox setup.
