How to Purchase Additional Marketing Emails in PhotoBiz

Overview

Your PhotoBiz account includes 10,000 marketing emails each month. If you need more emails for newsletters, seasonal promotions, or campaigns to a larger client list, you can purchase additional email packages from your Marketing Dashboard. You can combine packages to increase your monthly allowance, and the upgrades follow your account’s monthly or annual billing cycle. This guide explains the available packages, how to purchase them, and when your email allowance resets.

Additional Marketing Email Packages

Each package adds the following number of emails to your monthly allowance:

3,000	$7/month	$84/year
12,000	$28/month	$336/year
25,000	$56/month	$672/year
40,000	$98/month	$1,176/year

These amounts are in addition to the 10,000 marketing emails included with your account. For example, adding the 12,000-email package gives you a total allowance of 22,000 marketing emails per month.

You can combine multiple packages if you need a higher allowance. These packages are recurring add-ons rather than a one-time purchase of emails.

Annual billing changes how often you pay for the upgrade. Your additional email allowance still applies each month.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of your Marketing Dashboard, click UPGRADE.

The available additional marketing email packages appear.

STEP THREE

Select the checkbox for each email package you want to add.

Choose enough additional emails to cover your expected monthly sending needs. Remember to include the 10,000 marketing emails already included with your account when calculating your total allowance.

FINAL STEP

Scroll down and review YOUR TOTAL before completing your purchase. Your total is prorated based on the time remaining in your current billing cycle.

Click PLACE ORDER to complete the upgrade.

Once your purchase is complete, your PhotoBiz account has a higher monthly marketing email allowance for your campaigns.

When Your Marketing Email Allowance Resets

Your marketing email count resets on the first day of each month. Unused emails do not roll over to the next month.

This monthly reset applies whether you pay for your account monthly or annually.

Monthly and Annual Billing

Additional marketing email packages follow your PhotoBiz account’s billing cycle. Accounts billed monthly pay the monthly package price, and accounts billed annually pay the annual package price.

If your account uses annual billing and you want to switch to monthly billing, review How to Change Your PhotoBiz Billing Cycle. Changing your billing cycle applies to your recurring membership products and services, including your email upgrade. The change takes effect on your next scheduled billing date.
