How to Update the Price of a Package in PhotoBiz ECommerce

Overview

PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to sell print packages and digital image packages through your Client Galleries. If your studio pricing changes, you can update an existing package price from your ECommerce Dashboard.

This guide walks you through how to edit the price of a package you have already created in your PhotoBiz account. Once saved, the updated package price will apply anywhere that package is available through your assigned price lists.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have already created at least one package in your ECommerce Dashboard.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

This opens your ECommerce Dashboard, where you can manage products, services, packages, orders, price lists, shipping, taxes, coupons, and other online selling tools.

STEP TWO

At the top of the ECommerce Dashboard, hover over SELL ONLINE and click PACKAGES in the dropdown menu.

This opens the Packages section of your account, where you can view and manage the packages you have already created.

STEP THREE

Use the search bar or click the name of the PACKAGE you want to update.

This opens the package editor, where you can review and adjust the package details, including the package price.

FINAL STEP

Locate the package price field and enter the new price for your package. After updating the price, click Save Changes.

Your package price is now updated. The new price will apply anywhere this package is available through your ECommerce price lists or Client Galleries.

Additional Options and Helpful Notes

Packages are often used to sell groups of prints, digital images, or other image-based options through Client Galleries. You can create different price lists for different galleries, sessions, or client groups, which allows you to offer separate package pricing for weddings, portraits, schools, sports, or other studio workflows.

If a package is not appearing for clients, check the price list assigned to the Client Gallery Event and confirm that the package is included. Client Galleries use the price list connected to the individual event.

If you recently changed a package price but do not see the updated price in a gallery, review the price list assigned to that event and confirm the package is active and available for purchase.
