Overview
PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to sell prints, products, services, and digital downloads directly on your website and in Client Galleries. Creating a product is the first step in making your items available for purchase.
In this guide, you will learn how to create a product, enter the required details, and customize it for your workflow. By the end, your product will be ready to use in your store or galleries.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu. This opens your ECommerce dashboard.
At the top of your ECommerce control panel, hover over SELL ONLINE, then click PRODUCTS. This takes you to your product list.
Click the NEW PRODUCT button to begin creating a new product. This opens the product setup panel.
Pro Tip: You can create products in product categories to organize them, you can drag and drop a product to a different category after it is created as well.
Enter the basic information needed to create your product.
Start by adding your product name. This is what your clients will see when browsing your website or Client Galleries. Then add a description so clients understand exactly what they are purchasing.
Set your price so clients know what they will pay at checkout. Choose whether to charge tax and apply shipping based on how you deliver this product.
If you plan to use this product in Client Galleries, you can set a minimum or maximum number of images required to complete the purchase. This is helpful for products like albums or bundled image collections.
Set the product to Active if you want it available for sale right away. Once everything is entered, click Create Product.
After creating your product, you can customize how it looks, how clients interact with it, and how it is delivered.

Once you’ve added images, click on the image thumbnail to add a title, caption, or alt text to your product images.
Why isn’t my product showing on my website?
Make sure the product is set to Active and assigned to the correct category or price list.
