HOW TO EDIT A PRICE LIST IN PHOTOBIZ ECOMMERCE
PhotoBiz ECommerce and Client Galleries give you the flexibility to create and manage multiple price lists. You can easily update any price list by adding or removing shipping methods, prints, products, packages, services, or digital images—so your clients always see the right options when they shop.
This guide will walk you through how to update any existing price list in your PhotoBiz account.
IMPORTANT NOTE
If you need to change prices or descriptions for specific items (like individual prints or services), you’ll need to edit those items directly under the SELL ONLINE tab in the ECommerce control panel.
💡 The order of items in your price list is based on how they’re arranged in the ECommerce panel.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Hover over SELL ONLINE and click PRICE LISTS in the dropdown menu.
STEP THREE
Search for or scroll and click on the name of the price list you want to edit.
This opens the price list settings so you can make updates.
STEP FOUR
Customize your price list.
You’ll see different sections for each type of item (Prints, Products, Services, Packages, Digital Images, Shipping Methods, etc.).
For each section, choose from:
- All – Includes every item in that category.
- None – Hides all items in that category from the price list.
- Custom – Select specific items by checking the boxes next to the ones you want to include.
STEP FIVE
Scroll to the bottom and click “SAVE CHANGES.”
✅ Your price list is now updated!
💡 Pro Tip
If this price list is meant for a specific Client Galleries event, be sure to go back to that event, select the new price list from the dropdown menu, and save your changes.
