Overview
PhotoBiz Client Galleries gives you four package types for selling printed images and digital images from your client galleries. Print-based packages are built around a pose-to-print-size relationship, where your client selects poses and those selections are used for the print sizes and quantities you define.
Because of this structure, Client Galleries Packages are best suited for traditional print packages and digital image packages. They are not designed for products such as albums or photo books that require multiple images to be arranged across pages, spreads, or custom layouts.
This guide explains each Client Galleries package type, when to use it, and where to find the setup instructions.
Client Galleries Packages are designed specifically for image-based sales.
For print packages, you define the print sizes and quantities included in the package. Your client then selects the poses they want to use for those prints.
For digital packages, you can allow clients to choose a specific number of digital images or purchase all digital images from the Client Galleries event.
Client Galleries Packages are not intended for albums, photo books, or similar products that require several images to be combined into one finished product. We recommend setting these items up as Products instead.
See How To Sell Albums in PhotoBiz Client Galleries for full instructions.
A Fixed Package connects your client's selected poses to specific print sizes and quantities that you define.
For example, you might create a package that includes:
Your client selects the poses they want to use, and those poses are assigned to the prints included in the package.
Fixed Packages work well for traditional photography packages where you already know which print sizes and quantities you want to include.
Best for:
You can also offer optional additional poses and prints when you want clients to expand a Fixed Package.

A Flexible Package is also designed primarily for printed images, but it gives your client more flexibility in how their selected poses are used across the prints included in the package.
Instead of requiring each included print to correspond to a separate pose, you can control how many poses the client selects while allowing those poses to be used across multiple print sizes or quantities.
Best for:
Example:
You could offer a package containing 10 prints while allowing the client to choose 2 poses. Those selected poses can then be used across the prints included in the package.

A Digital Fixed Package allows your client to select a specific number of digital images from their Client Galleries event.
Instead of choosing poses for printed images, the client selects the digital images they want included with their purchase.
Best for:
Example:
You could offer a package that allows your client to choose any 5 digital images from their event.

A Digital Full Event package allows your client to purchase all digital images from their Client Galleries event.
The client does not need to select individual poses. After completing the purchase, they receive access to download the images included in the full event package.

Choose the package type based on whether you are selling printed images or digital images and how you want your client to make their selections.
If you are still deciding which option fits your workflow, see our guide to choosing the right package type for additional examples and comparisons.
Client Galleries Packages work best when each client selection represents an individual pose that will be used for a print or provided as a digital image.
You can define the print sizes and quantities that make sense for your photography business. The package system does not limit you to a specific set of traditional print sizes.
For albums, photo books, and other multi-image products, use Products instead of Client Galleries Packages.
