PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to sell Gift Cards that can be used at checkout for your ECommerce and Client Galleries. This guide will walk you through how to adjust the amount of a gift card that has been purchased on your website.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Gift Card amounts will automatically update when they're used at checkout. This article is explaining how to manually update the amount of a gift card if you want to add or subtract an amount to a gift card total.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Hover over the SELL ONLINE option at the top center of your ECommerce control panel and click on GIFT CARDS in the dropdown menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the GIFT CARD NUMBER for the card you want to update.
STEP FOUR

Enter the amount you'd like to add or subtract from the gift card in the provided field.

Click the button for the action you want to take (add or subtract).

Click on SAVE CHANGES to apply the updated amount to the gift card.
