Overview
You can purchase and register a new domain name directly through your PhotoBiz account without using a third-party domain provider. After registration, PhotoBiz will connect the domain to your website, activate SSL security, and configure Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Your domain registration will automatically renew each year to help prevent interruptions to your website. This guide explains how to purchase the domain registration service, search for an available domain, and complete the registration.
PhotoBiz currently offers new registrations for the following domain extensions:
Domain registration purchases are non-refundable after the domain has been successfully registered. Carefully review the spelling of the domain before completing the registration.

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click PREMIUM UPGRADES in the left-side menu.
This section displays the additional services and upgrades available for your account.
Click DOMAIN NAME to open the domain registration options.
This is where you can purchase the registration service needed to register a new domain through PhotoBiz.
Select the option to purchase a domain registration and complete the checkout process.
After the purchase is complete, you will see a confirmation message with a REGISTER YOUR DOMAIN link. Click this link to continue directly to the registration process.
New PhotoBiz customers may be asked to contact PhotoBiz Support to verify their account before registering a domain. Call 866.463.7620 during support hours if verification is required.
If you did not use the link in the confirmation message, open the DOMAINS section on the left side menu of your PhotoBiz control panel.
Click REGISTER DOMAIN to begin searching for a new domain name.
Enter the complete domain name you want to register, including the extension, and run the search.
PhotoBiz will tell you whether the domain is currently available. If it is not available, search for another name or try a different supported extension until you find an available option.
Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. An available domain can be registered by someone else until you complete the registration.
Select the available domain you want to register and carefully review its spelling. Confirm that your name and business contact information are correct, agree to the domain registration terms, and click REGISTER.
After the registration is complete, the new domain will appear in the DOMAINS section of your PhotoBiz account. PhotoBiz will begin connecting it to your website and configuring the required security settings.
After your new domain is registered, PhotoBiz will:
Domain registration and configuration may not appear everywhere immediately. Domain updates can take time to process across internet service providers and networks.
The domain will be registered in your name so that you remain the domain owner. Your personal contact information will be protected and will not be publicly displayed in the WHOIS directory.
Keep your PhotoBiz account and billing information current. An expired payment method may prevent the domain from renewing successfully.

Before registering the domain, read it carefully and verify that no words are misspelled. Domain registrations cannot be renamed or edited after registration. To use a different domain name, you must register a new one.
