Keeping Your Mailbox Active When Changing Your Domain Name
If you have a PhotoBiz Mailbox connected to your domain and you’re planning to change your domain name, you can absolutely keep your existing Mailbox active. This guide will explain what needs to remain in place so your email continues working without any interruptions.
STEP ONE
Keep your current domain registration active.
Even if you switch to a new domain name for your website, do not cancel or allow your old domain to expire if you want to continue using the email addresses associated with it. Your domain must stay registered in order for your Mailbox to remain active.
STEP TWO
Make sure your domain DNS still includes the PhotoBiz Mailbox MX Records.
Your DNS must continue pointing to the correct MX (Mail Exchange) records so mail can be delivered.

STEP THREE
Keep the Mailbox add-on active in your PhotoBiz account.
Your Mailbox product must remain active under your account's subscriptions. If the Mailbox add-on is removed, your email service will stop.
FINAL STEP
Update wherever necessary.
