PhotoBiz offers domain registration. If you need to cancel and remove a domain name registration that we are managing for you from your account, this guide will walk you through the process.
IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE CANCELING DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS
- You can cancel a Domain Registration add-on at any time, but you must submit the request via a support ticket from your account for account security purposes so that we know we're cancelling the correct domain name registration from the account holder. When we process your cancellation request, the domain name registration will be deleted from your account and will no longer load the website.
- The domain name will remain registered until that domain expires unless you request to transfer the domain out of your PhotoBiz account.
- Domain name registrations are non-refundable after the domain name has been purchased and registered.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the black and white question mark circle at the bottom right side of your control panel.
FINAL STEP
A menu will open on the right side. Submit your cancellation request via our ticket system.
- By default, your login email will appear here. Be sure to include an email address that you have access to so we can send a confirmation message once your cancellation request has been processed.
- In the "Production/Section" field, select "ACCOUNT" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Subject Section" field, select "DOMAIN & EMAIL" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Description Section" field, specify the domain name registration you wish to cancel.
Click "Send" to submit your cancellation request for your mailbox.
After you've submitted your request, our team will process the request to cancel the Domain Registration for you. You'll have a confirmation number with the Ticket ID that is include on the confirmation screen that you've submitted your ticket.
