Your forms can help capture and link Family + Friends automatically. Adding a Family + Friends field to your form allows clients to include multiple family or friend contacts in one submission, which will then link to their contact information in your database.

This guide will walk you through the steps of adding a Friends & Family block to your form.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the Form & Contract Builder in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Edit an existing form or create a new one.
STEP THREE
Add a Family + Friends form field.
In the Form & Contract Builder, click on the CONTACTS section on the right. From here, you’ll find options to capture and store client information, including the Family + Friends field.
Once added, this field will be available in your form, allowing clients to enter multiple family and friend contacts in a single submission.
Example: Below is a sample of a referral form with two Family + Friends entries ready to be submitted.
After the form is submitted, you’ll see these entries under CONTACT > Family + Friends in the contact's profile.
