How to Share Your Form or Contract via Email Invitation

Need to send a form or contract directly to a client—without showing it on your website? You can easily do that with PhotoBiz! The Email Invite feature lets you send a form straight to someone’s inbox, whether they’re already in your Contacts or not.

This is perfect for:

  • Sending a contract to just one client
  • Sharing private forms not meant for your public site
  • Following up with clients who haven't completed a form yet

Let’s walk through the steps to send a form by email invite:

STEP ONE

Log In and Go to Forms

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Choose the Form You Want to Send

Search for the name of the form or contract you’d like to send by email or create a new form. 

STEP THREE

Open the Share Options

Inside the Form Editor, click the SHARE button in the top right corner.

STEP FOUR

Choose Email Invite

Click on EMAIL INVITE.
You’ll now see options to send this form to:

  • Anyone in your Contacts
  • Or a new email address that isn’t in your list yet

STEP FIVE

Add Recipients and Continue

Add the people you want to send the form to.
You can search for contacts or type in new email addresses.

When you’re done, click CONTINUE.

FINAL STEP

Customize and Send

Before you send your invitation, you can customize:

  • From Name (who the email looks like it’s from)
  • From Email Address
  • Subject Line
  • Message (add a quick note or instructions)

When everything looks good, click SEND.

✅ What Happens Next

  • Your client will get an email with a link to your form (it looks clean and professional!)
  • You’ll see a confirmation screen after sending
  • You can check delivery status in CONTACTS anytime

⚠️ Heads up! If a client has previously unsubscribed from your emails, they won’t receive your invite.

EMAIL INVITE EXAMPLE

Your client will recieve an email with the invitation to the form in their inbox that is similar to the screen shot below. 

TRACKING YOUR FORM EMAIL INVITE

You can check on the delivery status for your Form Email Invite via the Contacts section on your control panel. You can click on the contact and then the Email Invite button to view the following:

  • NAME/SUBJECT
  • SENT DATE
  • STATUS
