How should I get started with using the Form Builder?

Jul 3, 2024

The Form Builder and Contacts tools, together known as the Client Relationship Builder, are great for encouraging your customers and potential customers to interact with your brand online. You can create multiple types of forms – as many as you'd like! – and as people submit their responses, you will be building your contact list in the Contacts tool. Getting started with using the Client Relationship Builder can feel daunting, so below we have some general steps on how to get started.

STEP ONE

Know which forms you need for your Website

The first thing to do when getting started with using the form builder is to determine what forms you need to create. This can be different for each studio and the Form & Contract builder makes it easy to get your forms setup the way you need.

STEP TWO

Create Your Forms

After you've decided on what forms you need, you'll need to make those forms and tweak your settings. There are templates that are already created for you, so use those as a starting point and add your own fields according to your business needs.

STEP THREE

Brand your form

When forms are accessed through the direct link, your business information as it was added when you signed up for PhotoBiz will appear at the top of the form. By default, this information will use what you have set up in your Global Branding settings.

STEP FOUR

Put Your Forms To Use

After you've created your forms, you can start using them right away. You can add them to your website for contact pages, newsletter sign-ups, and more. You can also use email invitations to send contracts, model release, and more directly to your clients.
