Ensuring PhotoBiz Emails Reach Your Inbox (Yahoo Mail)
PhotoBiz sends important notification emails based on the products and tools you use in your account, including:
- Two-Factor Authentication codes (if email is your selected method)
- Billing and membership updates
- Form submissions
- Online store order notifications
- Appointment confirmations
- Client gallery comments and favorites
- Blog post comments
- Conversations and message replies
If you’re using a Yahoo Mail address and aren’t receiving PhotoBiz emails—or if they’re landing in your spam or junk folder—follow the steps below to help ensure our messages are delivered directly to your inbox.
Pro Tip
Add PhotoBiz to your contacts in your Yahoo account with the following email address to mark notifications as a safe sender in your email account:emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com

STEP ONE
Log into your Yahoo Mail account and click Settings in the top right corner.
STEP FIVE
Create your filter with the following settings:
- Filter Name: PhotoBiz Notifications
- From: Contains →
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
- To/CC: Leave as is
- Subject: Leave as is
- Body: Leave as is
- Choose a folder to move to: Leave "Select folder" blank and type Inbox
Click Save to apply the filter.
FINAL STEP
Send a test submission through one of your PhotoBiz forms that sends notifications to your Yahoo email address. Check your Inbox to confirm the filter is working.
