Ensuring PhotoBiz Emails Reach Your Inbox (Hotmail, Outlook, or Live.com)

Overview

PhotoBiz sends important notification emails based on the products and tools you use in your account. These may include Two-Factor Authentication codes, billing updates, form submissions, online store order notifications, appointment confirmations, Client Gallery activity, blog comments, and Conversations replies.

If you use a Hotmail, Outlook, or Live.com email address, Microsoft may occasionally place PhotoBiz emails in your Junk Email folder or filter them before they reach your inbox. This guide explains how to mark PhotoBiz emails as safe, add PhotoBiz to your Safe Senders list, add PhotoBiz to your contacts, and review mailbox rules that may affect delivery.

After completing these steps, PhotoBiz notification emails are more likely to reach your inbox.

STEP ONE

Mark PhotoBiz Emails as “Not Junk”

Log in to your Hotmail, Outlook, or Live.com email account and open your Junk Email folder.

Look for any message from emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com. If you find one, right-click the message and choose Mark as not junk.

This moves the message to your inbox and helps tell Microsoft that PhotoBiz emails are safe.

STEP TWO

Add PhotoBiz to Your Safe Senders List

Log in to your email account at outlook.live.com.

Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner, then click View all Outlook settings.

Go to Mail, then click Junk email.

Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

Enter emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com, then click Save.

After you add the PhotoBiz notification email address to your Safe Senders list, it should appear in your list of approved senders.

STEP THREE

Add PhotoBiz to Your Contacts

Open any email from emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com.

Hover over the sender name, then click Add to contacts.

Fill in any additional details if you want to, then click Save. Adding PhotoBiz to your contacts gives Microsoft another signal that messages from PhotoBiz are expected and trusted.

STEP FOUR

Review Any Custom Email Rules

If you have created custom rules in your Hotmail, Outlook, or Live.com account, those rules may move, archive, or delete PhotoBiz messages automatically.

Click the Settings icon, then click View all Outlook settings.

Go to Mail, then click Rules. Review your rules and make sure none of them are set to move, delete, archive, or forward messages from PhotoBiz.

FINAL STEP

Check your inbox and junk email folder

After you update your Safe Senders list, contacts, and rules, check your inbox and Junk Email folder the next time you expect a PhotoBiz notification.

If a PhotoBiz email still appears in Junk Email, mark it as not junk again. Microsoft may need more than one signal before consistently delivering messages to your inbox.

Additional Helpful Notes

PhotoBiz notification emails may include messages related to:

  • Two-Factor Authentication codes, if email is your selected method
  • Billing and membership updates
  • Form submissions
  • Online store order notifications
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Client Gallery comments and favorites
  • Blog post comments
  • Conversations and message replies

The notification email address to safelist is:

emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com

Make sure the email address saved in your PhotoBiz account is correct. If your email address is misspelled or outdated, PhotoBiz notifications may be sent to the wrong inbox.

Troubleshooting or FAQs

Why are PhotoBiz emails going to my Junk Email folder?

Microsoft may filter automated notification emails into Junk Email, especially if you have not interacted with that sender before. Marking the message as not junk and adding the sender to your Safe Senders list can help improve delivery.

Will adding PhotoBiz to Safe Senders guarantee delivery?

Adding PhotoBiz to Safe Senders improves delivery, but Microsoft still controls filtering for Hotmail, Outlook, and Live.com inboxes. Custom mailbox rules, account settings, and Microsoft spam filtering can still affect where messages are delivered.

What email address should I add to Safe Senders?

Add emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com to your Safe Senders list.

What should I do if I still do not receive PhotoBiz emails?

Check your Junk Email folder, Deleted Items folder, and any custom folders created by mailbox rules. You should also confirm that the email address saved in your PhotoBiz account is correct.
