How to Cancel Your PhotoBiz Branded Email Address (Mailbox)
If you no longer need your PhotoBiz branded email address, you can cancel it through our support ticket system. This guide will walk you through each step.
IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU CANCEL
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via a support ticket from your PhotoBiz account. This is required for account security so we can verify the request is coming from the account holder.
- Mailbox cancellations are permanent. Once your email address is deleted, all contents will be lost and cannot be recovered.
- PhotoBiz Mailboxes are non-refundable after purchase and registration.
STEP ONE
Log into Your Account
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the black and white question mark icon located in the lower right corner of your control panel.

Submit Your Cancellation Request

A support menu will appear on the right side of your screen.

Submit your request using the ticket system.
Make sure to:
- Use an email address you have access to so we can send your confirmation.
- In the "Production/Section" field, select ACCOUNT.
- In the "Subject Section" field, select DOMAIN & EMAIL.
- In the "Description Section", clearly state the email address you want to cancel and delete.
When you're ready, click Send to submit your ticket.
What Happens Next
Our team will process your request and permanently remove the mailbox from your account. You’ll receive a confirmation message and a Ticket ID on the screen once your ticket is submitted.
