Overview
PhotoBiz Mailbox gives you a professional, branded email address using your domain, such as you@yourdomain.com. Once your Mailbox is set up, you can check your email through webmail, an email client, or your PhotoBiz control panel. This guide explains the different ways you can access your PhotoBiz Mailbox so you can choose the option that works best for you.
Before you begin, make sure you have an active PhotoBiz Mailbox and know your Mailbox email address and password.
Your Mailbox login may be different from the email address and password you use to log in to your main PhotoBiz account.
Log in to your PhotoBiz Mailbox through webmail.
The quickest way to check your email is by going directly to:
Enter your full Mailbox email address and password to log in. This opens your webmail inbox, where you can send, receive, and manage your email from your browser.
Important Note: If you see an error message that says to contact your administrator, the email address entered is incorrect. Double check that you are using your full Mailbox email address, including everything before and after the @ symbol.
Check your Mailbox through an email client.
You can also set up your PhotoBiz Mailbox in a compatible email client, such as Apple Mail, Windows Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, or another mail app.
This option is helpful if you prefer to manage your PhotoBiz Mailbox alongside your other email accounts on your computer, phone, or tablet.

Access your Mailbox from your PhotoBiz control panel.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MAILBOX in the left-side menu.
You will see a list of your active mailboxes. Click the GO TO WEBMAIL button at the top right of the screen to open the Mailbox login page.
Enter your Mailbox email address and password to continue to webmail.
You can check your PhotoBiz Mailbox using any of these access methods:
Webmail is the best option if you need quick access from a browser or are checking your email from a shared or temporary device.
An email client is a good option if you prefer to manage your Mailbox from an app on your computer, phone, or tablet.
Why do I see a message that says to contact your administrator?
This message appears when the email address entered on the webmail login page is incorrect. Check the spelling of your email address and make sure you are entering the full Mailbox email address, including your domain name.
Why can’t I log in to webmail?
Make sure you are entering your full Mailbox email address and your Mailbox password. Your Mailbox login may not be the same as your PhotoBiz account login.
What should I do if I forgot my Mailbox password?

Can I check my Mailbox on my phone?
Yes. You can log in through webmail using your mobile browser, or you can set up your Mailbox in a compatible email app on your phone.
Do I need to log in to my PhotoBiz account to check email?
No. You can go directly to https://mailbox.photobiz.com to access webmail. Logging in through your PhotoBiz account is another option if you prefer to access Mailbox from your control panel.
