With PhotoBiz Mailbox, you can create a professional, branded email address (like you@yourdomain.com). Once your Mailbox is set up, there are several easy ways to access your email. This guide walks you through your options:

Check Mailbox via Web Browser (Webmail)
The quickest and most convenient way to check your email on the go is to log in via your web browser.

Check Mailbox via an Email Client
Prefer using Apple Mail, Windows Mail, or another email app? No problem! You can configure your PhotoBiz Mailbox with most popular email clients.

OPTION THREE
Check Email from Your PhotoBiz Account
You can also access your Mailbox directly from your PhotoBiz control panel.
- Log into your PhotoBiz account
- Click on Mailbox in the left-side menu
- You’ll see a list of your active mailboxes
- Click on the GO TO WEBMAIL button at the top right of the screen
This will take you to the Mailbox login page.
📌 Important: Your Mailbox login email and password may be different from the ones you use to access your main PhotoBiz account.
