How to Set Up Zelle as a Payment Option in PhotoBiz ECommerce
PhotoBiz ECommerce makes it easy to accept payments through a merchant account or offline options like Zelle. When you enable Zelle as a payment method, your clients can complete their order online through your website or client galleries and then send their payment directly to your Zelle account.
⚠️ Important: Zelle only works with connected bank accounts and does not process credit or debit card payments like a traditional merchant account. Both you and your client must have Zelle accounts to use this option.
Important Note: PhotoBiz is not affiliated with Zelle, for help with questions about Zelle functionality, pricing, etc., you'll need to contact Zelle Customer Support.
PRO TIP!
When you use Offline Payment Methods like Zelle, orders will appear as Pending in your PhotoBiz dashboard until you manually mark them as Paid.
Your clients won’t be able to download digital images or access products until the order status is updated.
