With PhotoBiz Website Package, you have the Form & Contract builder included for easy lead capture and remarketing. This guide will walk you through the steps to add an automatic response to contact page inquiries.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on your Contact Page in your list of pages.
STEP THREE
Click on the Form Block or click on the pencil icon at the upper right side of the Form Block and click on Advanced in the menu.
STEP FOUR
Click on the EDIT FORM button to access your contact form settings.
STEP FIVE
Click on the GEAR icon on the upper right side of your form and then click on SETTINGS in the menu that opens.
FINAL STEP
Add a SUBJECT and MESSAGE that you want to be your automatic response to your contact page inquiry. Under EMAIL THANK YOU MESSAGE choose the Yes option and click on the save changes button to apply your new automatic response to your contact page inquiry.
