If you're using PhotoBiz Version 9 or higher and your domain’s DNS is managed through AWS Route 53, you can add or update A records directly from your PhotoBiz account.
What Is an A Record?
An A record (Address Record) is a type of DNS record that connects your domain name to a specific IP address. This tells the internet where to send visitors when they type in your web address. You may need to add or update an A record if you're connecting your domain to a third-party service—like a website builder for a sub-domain, e-commerce platform, or email provider.
IMPORTANT: DNS management is only available if your domain is using AWS (Route 53) name servers. If your domain is still on our legacy Rackspace name servers, you won’t see the DNS management option.
Log in to PhotoBiz and Open Domain Settings
Open the DNS Zone Editor
Add a New DNS Record
Enter Your A Record
⚠️ Be careful when entering DNS records. Incorrect values can cause issues with your website or email. Always follow instructions from a trusted provider.
DNS Changes May Take Time
Most updates go live within a few minutes, but full propagation across the internet can take up to 48 hours.
