If we host your DNS records, you can request to have a DNS record added to your PhotoBiz account. Common DNS records include:
- CNAME
- A Record
- MX Records
- TXT Records (e.g., Google verification, Google Search Console)
- SPF Records
- DKIM Records
- DMARC Records
To request a DNS record, follow these steps:
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the PhotoBiz Assistant (Question Mark icon) in the bottom-right corner of your control panel.
STEP TWO
A menu will open on the right side. From here, submit a support ticket directly to our domain specialists:

Select the following options:
- Product/Services: Account
- Subject: Domain & Email
- Description: Copy and paste the DNS records you need added.

Click the green “Send” button to submit your request.
Our team will review your request and add the records for you as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done!
