If you're using PhotoBiz Version 9 or higher and your domain’s DNS is managed through AWS Route 53, you can add TXT records directly from your PhotoBiz account. This is commonly needed when verifying your domain with services like Google Search Console, Microsoft, Flodesk, or email providers.
What Is a TXT Record?
A TXT (Text) record is a type of DNS record used to store text-based information about your domain. Most often, TXT records are used for domain verification—helping third-party services confirm that you own your domain.
IMPORTANT: DNS management is only available if your domain is using AWS (Route 53) name servers. If your domain is still on our legacy Rackspace name servers, you won’t see the DNS management option.
Log in to PhotoBiz and Open Domain Settings
Open the DNS Zone Editor
Add a New DNS Record
Enter Your TXT Record
@ (unless your verification instructions specify a different subdomain).⚠️ TXT records must be entered exactly as provided. Even small changes can prevent successful domain verification.
DNS Changes May Take Time
Most updates go live within a few minutes, but full propagation across the internet can take up to 48 hours.
