HOW TO CREATE A CONTEST ENTRY FORM USING THE FORM BUILDER
Running a contest is a fun way to engage with your audience, and the PhotoBiz Form Builder makes it easy! You can use built-in tools like the submission limit and expiration date to control how long the contest runs and how many people can enter.
Here’s how to get started using the Contest Entry Template in your Form Builder:
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click the NEW FORM button, then select the SIMPLE form template.
STEP THREE
The template will load a basic contest entry form with commonly used fields.
You can:
- Edit the text to match your contest
- Add or remove form fields as needed
To limit how many people can enter or set an end date for the contest, follow the steps below:

Click the gear icon at the top right of the form editor

Select SETTINGS

Enter a Submissions Limit (if you want to cap the number of entries)

Set an Expiration Date (if the contest has a deadline)
Be sure to click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page when you're done.
Once published, your form will display the number of submissions left and the expiration date—so visitors always know how much time they have to enter.
