PhotoBiz Website Package includes Client Galleries and Pop Ups. You can use your pop ups to greet your clients with a welcome message and include one of our video tutorials on how to complete their purchase in the client galleries ecommerce. This guide will walk you through how to add a pop up to your client galleries with an assistant video.
STEP ONE
On the left-side menu of your PhotoBiz account, click on the MARKETING option.
STEP TWO
At the top-center of your Marketing control panel, click on the POP UP BUILDER option.
STEP THREE
Click on the NEW POP-UP button to create a new pop up.
STEP FOUR
On the right-side menu, scroll down to find the CLIENT GALLERIES TUTORIALS option in the control panel. You can choose from either of the video tutorial options:
- FULL WALKTHROUGH
- HOW TO PURCHASE
STEP FIVE
Click on the EDIT button to edit the pop up settings.
You'll be able to edit the following options:
- Text: Title, Description, & Disclaimer
- Video: Embed code from our Vimeo video tutorial (do not change this code otherwise the tutorial video will not work)
- Button: Button Text and Links
- Styling: Overlay and Pop-Up Location
- Colors: Accent Colors, Background Colors, Text Colors, and Button Colors
- Fonts: Title and Content font controls
After you've saved any changes you made in this section, be sure to click on the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom.
Click outside of the right-side menu to close out of that menu.
STEP SIX
Click on the SETTINGS button to edit the settings for your pop-up. This section will control the settings for your pop up including the pop-up name, where the pop-up will appear, how quickly it appears when the page loads, and the frequency it appears.
You'll want to choose the following options so that your pop up will only appear in client galleries:
- DISPLAY IN BUILDER: Do Not Display
- DISPLAY IN CLIENT GALLERIES: All Pages or Specific Category
You can also control the amount of time that the pop up takes to appear on screen and how often it appears.
Click on SAVE CHANGES to apply your settings to the pop-up.
FINAL STEP
Click outside of the right-side menu to close the settings menu. Click on the PUBLISH button to make the pop up live.
In the right-side menu that opens, you'll be able to choose the publish date and the expiration date that you want to use for your pop up. Click on save changes to publish your pop up.
