KEEPING YOUR MAILBOX ACTIVE WHEN CHANGING YOUR DOMAIN NAME
If you have a Mailbox connected to your domain in your PhotoBiz account and you're planning to change your domain name, you can absolutely keep your Mailbox active! Just make sure the following items are taken care of so your email continues working without any interruptions:
1. Keep Your Current Domain Registration Active
Even if you're switching to a new domain name, do not cancel your old domain if you still want to use the Mailbox associated with it. The domain must remain registered to keep the email address active.
2. Ensure Your Domain's DNS Includes the PhotoBiz Mailbox MX Records
Your DNS settings need to point to the correct MX (Mail Exchange) records so your email can be delivered properly.

3. Keep the Mailbox Add-On Active in Your Account
Make sure the Mailbox product remains active on your PhotoBiz account. If it's removed, your email service will stop.
