Your billing information in PhotoBiz is used for membership renewals and account-related payments. It is important that this information matches the credit or debit card you have on file to prevent failed payments.
This guide walks you through how to access and update your billing details inside your PhotoBiz account.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
At the top of your My Account dashboard, hover over ACCOUNT DETAILS and click BILLING INFO from the dropdown menu.
Update your billing information as needed.
The details entered here should match the billing information associated with the credit or debit card used for your PhotoBiz membership. If the information does not match your card, your membership renewal payment may fail on your next billing date.
You can update the following fields:
• COMPANY
• FIRST NAME
• LAST NAME
• PHONE
• ADDRESS
• CITY
• ZIP CODE
• COUNTRY
• STATE/PROVINCE
• WEBSITE
• INDUSTRY
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES.
Your updated billing information will now be saved and used for future membership payments.
Billing Information vs. Public Branding
The information entered in your Billing Info section is used for account and payment purposes.
If you want to control what visitors see on your website or in Client Galleries, you can update your public-facing business details in your Branding settings. Updating billing information does not automatically change your public branding.
