How to Set Time Allowed Before Booking an Appointment
Using the PhotoBiz Scheduler, clients can easily book appointments and sessions with you online. In the Scheduler Policies section, you can control how far in advance clients must book their appointments. This helps ensure you have enough notice to prepare for each session.
Follow the steps below to set your time allowed before booking policy.
Pro Tip
Setting a longer booking window (such as 24 hours or more) can help you avoid last-minute appointments and give you time to prepare your studio or session materials. You can adjust this setting anytime, so during busy seasons, you might allow more notice, while slower periods could allow shorter booking times.STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click POLICIES at the top of the Scheduler control panel.
STEP THREE
Under the TIME ALLOWED BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT section, choose how far in advance clients can book their appointment with you.
You can choose from the following options:
- Anytime
- 1 hour
- 2 hours
- 8 hours
- 24 hours
- 72 hours
- 1 week
- 2 weeks
- 1 month
Once you’ve selected your preferred setting, click the green SAVE CHANGES button to apply your booking policy.
