Understanding Your PhotoBiz Notification Emails
Your PhotoBiz account sends automatic email notifications for things like form submissions, client gallery orders, and appointment bookings. These notifications help you stay on top of your business activity and never miss an important update.
Keep Your Notifications Organized
To easily recognize your PhotoBiz notifications, add the PhotoBiz Notification Server email as a contact in your email account.
Notification Server Email Address: emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
Important:
Be careful not to save one of your client’s inquiry emails as a contact by mistake. If this happens, all your PhotoBiz notifications may appear as if they’re coming from that one client, which can be confusing.
HOW TO FIX THIS
If your notification emails are showing up with the wrong name, here’s what to do:
STEP ONE
Log in to your email account
STEP TWO
Go to your list of contacts or address book
STEP THREE
Search for emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
STEP FOUR
If it’s saved under a client’s name, simply delete that contact
That’s it! Now your PhotoBiz notifications will display correctly again.
