Overview
PhotoBiz Marketing allows you to customize the appearance of your email campaigns, including adjusting text size for better readability and structure. Font size is controlled through built-in formatting options within the Text Editor block to ensure your emails display correctly across major email platforms.
Your PhotoBiz account includes up to 10,000 marketing emails per month, making it easy to stay connected with your clients using professional, branded campaigns. This guide walks you through how to update font size in your campaign. By the end, your email content will be clean, readable, and optimized for delivery.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MARKETING in the left-side menu. This will open your Email Campaign dashboard.
Under CAMPAIGN BUILDER, click NEW CAMPAIGN to create a new campaign, or click on the name of an existing campaign you want to edit. This will open the campaign editor. If you have multiple campaigns, you can use the search bar to quickly locate the one you want to update.
Click on the TEXT EDITOR block that contains the text you want to update. This will open the editing options in the right-side panel.
In the right-side panel, highlight the text you want to change. Then use the font size dropdown menu to select your preferred size. Each option will adjust the size of your selected text.

Once selected, the font size will automatically update in the editor preview. Click the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the panel to apply your updates to the Text Editor block.
Review your campaign content to ensure the font sizes are consistent and easy to read. Your updated text will display correctly when your email campaign is sent to your recipients.
To preview your campaign before sending, click the SEND button in the top right corner and send a test email to yourself. This allows you to confirm everything looks correct before sending it to your contacts.
