When someone submits a form on your website, PhotoBiz saves the submission inside your account and sends a notification email.
You can review the client’s responses along with important submission details such as the submission date, form name, contact information, and IP address.
This guide explains how form submission notifications work and how to view full submission details inside your PhotoBiz control panel.
By the end of this article, you will know exactly where to find and manage your form submissions.
When a visitor submits a form on your website, PhotoBiz automatically sends a notification email.
This email is delivered to:
The primary admin email address used to log into your PhotoBiz account
Email address(es) specified within that individual form’s settings
If custom notification recipients are added to a form, those addresses will receive the alert based on how the form is configured.
Each notification email includes:
Your logo or company name
The form title
Your form’s thank you message
The contact’s name and email address
The submitted form responses
An option to start a conversation using the Conversation Tracker
Your branding information in the email footer
Below are screen shots for an example of what an form submission email notification as in your inbox.
Log into your PhotoBiz account.
Click the Notification Bell icon in the top right corner of your control panel.
You can also access submissions by clicking FORMS in the left-side menu under Account Notifications.
When the right-side notification panel opens, locate the Form Submission notification you want to review.
Click the notification to open the full submission details.
You will now see the complete Form Submission details.
This page includes:
The date the form was submitted
The form category
The form name
The contact’s name
The contact’s email address
The IP address where the submission originated
All submitted form responses
At the top of the submission screen, you will also see the following options:
Document View
Document View displays the submission in a clean, print-friendly layout. This is especially helpful for contracts, questionnaires, or longer forms.
Blocking a Sender
If you receive spam or unwanted submissions, you can use Block the Sender to prevent future submissions from that IP address.
Starting a Conversation
Click Start Conversation to reply directly to the contact through your PhotoBiz messaging system.
Check the following:
Confirm the form is active and published.
Verify the correct notification email address is entered in the form settings.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Add the PhotoBiz notification server as a safe sender to help prevent future delivery issues.
Make sure your admin email address is correct in your account settings.
You can always log into your PhotoBiz account and view submissions directly inside the FORMS section, even if the email notification was missed.
