How to Make Sure You’re Getting PhotoBiz Email Notifications in Gmail or Google Workspace
If you use Gmail or Google Workspace and aren’t seeing email notifications from your PhotoBiz account, it’s a good idea to create a filter. This helps make sure Gmail doesn’t accidentally block or send those emails to your spam folder.
This guide will show you how to set up a filter for PhotoBiz email notifications.

STEP ONE
Log in to your Gmail or Google Workspace inbox using a web browser.
STEP TWO
In the search box at the top, click Show search options.
STEP THREE
In the "From" field, type:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
Then click "Create filter" at the bottom of the search window.
FINAL STEP
To make sure you always see your PhotoBiz notifications, select the following options:
- ✅ Never send it to Spam (highly recommended)
- ⭐ Star it (optional, helps it stand out in your inbox)
- 📌 Always mark it as important (optional, gives it priority)
- 🗂️ Categorize as: Primary (helps keep it out of tabs like Promotions or Updates)
Once you’ve made your selections, click Create filter to save your settings.
This will help make sure your notifications land right where you can see them.
