How to Add an Animated GIF to a PhotoBiz Email Campaign

Want to add a little motion to your emails? Adding an animated GIF is a great way to bring your campaign to life! Just follow the steps below to upload and embed your GIF into your email campaign.

STEP ONE

Log In to Your Account

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FILES in the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Go to the FILES Section

At the top of the Files screen, click on the DOCUMENTS tab.

STEP THREE

Upload Your GIF

Upload your animated GIF file to the Documents section.

STEP FOUR

Copy the GIF URL

Once your file is uploaded, copy the direct URL of your GIF.

STEP FIVE

Go to the Marketing Tool

Click on MARKETING in the left-hand menu.

STEP SIX

Open or Create a Campaign

Either create a new campaign or click on the name of an existing campaign where you want to add your animated GIF.

STEP SEVEN

Use a Text Editor Block

Add a TEXT EDITOR block to your campaign or click on an existing one to edit it.

STEP EIGHT

Embed the GIF

In the text editor toolbar on the right, click the EMBED IMAGE icon (it looks like a small picture).

STEP NINE

Paste the GIF URL

Paste the URL you copied earlier into the IMAGE URL field and click OK.

FINAL STEP

Save Your Changes

Click SAVE CHANGES — your animated GIF will now appear in your email campaign!
